Who I am and how I came to make this site:))

Actually, in short I have already described it on the front page... So I do not know why on Earth I am repeating it:))

I am currently studying for Level I, and this site can be considered as a product of this study. Before I managed to supply myself with the lot of the materials I have now my life had been much more difficult. Imagine trying to find free CFA resources on the Internet. Still, that may be hard, but not impossibe. This site has (or, better, will have) all the things I have found and some I have bought.

Besides the ardous task of preparing myself for the exam, I also have to take care of my University studies (and I do not study finance there). My sincere dislike for the University in question does not help matters:))) In fact, the higher education system here is the reason why I will be taking the Level I exam after June 2004. We do not have bachelor degrees, and the first diploma (you know, you have to produce one to AIMR) here takes longer than that.

Among other things, I live in Russia (close to Moscow), and I am trying to find an internship or a graduate position with a bank which looks as difficult as winning the general lottery:))))
